ERTH believes in sustainability. Craft-made and responsibly produced products from pasture to plate, that is our driving force!

Vad vi står för på ERTH

ERTH står för Environment, Responsibility, Taste och Happiness, dvs hållbar mat för den medvetne konnässören producerat av engagerade planetskötare.

Vår drivkraft och mission är att kombinera hållbarhet, matkvalitet och djuromsorg som vi erbjuder i en hantverksmässig miljö till matpassionerade gäster och kunder. Vårt koncept är transparent och bygger på våra fyra grundpelare.

ENVIRONMENT

ERTH cares about the environment. Being able to provide food products produced in an environmentally sustainable way is important. That is why we place extensive demands on our farmers and producers.

Environment is about caring for the environment and setting high standards at every stage of the production process, so that we can show that the footprint is kept as low as possible and that every farmer and producer strives to reduce their emissions. We encourage farmers to work according to the principles of regenerative agriculture, which improves soil health and sequesters carbon in farmland.

RESPONSIBILITY

ERTH values responsibility. Being able to provide food products produced in a responsible way is important. That is why we work with companies that have a clear Code of Conduct.

Responsibility is about taking responsibility for animal rearing, responsibility towards employees, responsibility towards customers, and responsibility towards society. This includes everything from a clear focus on reducing the use of antibiotics to charitable initiatives in the community. We believe that products made by responsible companies create value on many levels.

TASTE

ERTH values taste. Being able to create exceptional taste experiences with the help of skilled chefs and outstanding ingredients is important. That is why we seek out unique meat, both locally and from around the world.

Taste is about providing a product of excellent quality in terms of texture, flavour, juiciness, and appearance. We achieve this through our search for unique producers around the world. The common denominator for success is responsible farming and craftsmanship.

HAPPINESS

ERTH values happiness. Being able to provide food products that are produced in the best possible way, with animal welfare at the heart of everything, makes us happy and proud.

Happiness is about having full insight into how the animal was raised, transported, and slaughtered, in order to verify to the customer that our criteria for meat production are based on the highest standards of animal welfare. This also means you can feel happy knowing that you have contributed to sustainable agriculture and supported the true caretakers of the planet.

ERTH was created because we wanted to set a new standard of quality while also challenging people’s preconceptions about where the best meat comes from.

“Ask a Frenchman where the best meat comes from and you can be fairly certain the answer will be France. An Argentinian will say Argentina, a German will say Germany, an Irishman Ireland, a Swede Sweden, and a Dane Denmark. And you know what? They’re all right!”

This quote is a typical example of how we as humans tend to reason, and that is exactly what we want to challenge.
