Here, the meat takes centre stage, and every detail is carefully selected to create an experience that feels vibrant, warm, and thoughtfully curated.With us, the energy of the food hall meets a more thoughtful and personal restaurant experience. On the menu, you’ll find cuts from our own butcher shop, meat from all corners of the world in a creative à la carte offering, as well as classics such as our dish of the day, our acclaimed steak tartare, and the well-known Goffa sandwiches. We also offer carefully selected accompaniments, small dishes, and sweets, all with the same respect for flavour, quality, and craftsmanship.
ERTH is a place for both the simple and the ambitious. You can drop by for something quick and truly delicious, or sit down for a longer dinner where food and drink are allowed to take their time. With linen napkins, polished cutlery, personal service, and ingredients chosen with care, we want to create a complete experience where every detail contributes to the feeling at the table.
Adjacent to the restaurant is our butcher shop, the heart of our business. This is where it all begins. The ingredients our chefs work with are also available to take home, together with knowledge, inspiration, and products that extend the experience beyond the restaurant visit.
